Accessibility Statement

We want every reader to be able to use this guide. Here is the standard we work toward, what we have done, what is still imperfect, and how to reach a person if something blocks you.

Effective & last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Our commitment

We are committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project.

2. Conformance target

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we design with the expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 in mind. This statement reflects a good-faith, continuing effort; it is not a certification, an audit result, or a legal warranty of conformance.

3. Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure with a single logical heading order per page.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful imagery, and decorative imagery marked as such.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, maps, and interactive elements with visible focus states.
  • Color pairings chosen for contrast, with information never conveyed by color alone.
  • Labelled form fields, accessible error messaging, and ARIA labels where native semantics are insufficient.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow to 320 px width and tolerate 200% text zoom.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences on animated elements.

4. Known limitations

Some areas remain imperfect, and we say so plainly:

  • The interactive area map conveys spatial relationships that are difficult to express fully in text; a labelled list of every mapped landmark is provided alongside it as an equivalent alternative.
  • Third-party pages we link to — clubs, schools, agencies, partner firms — are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
  • Archival photography may lack the descriptive detail of newer imagery while we work through the library.

5. Feedback and assistance

If any content or feature on this Site presents a barrier, tell us and we will help. Email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com with the subject line "Accessibility" and include the page address, the assistive technology and browser you use, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge every report within five business days and to provide the requested information in an alternative accessible format on request, at no charge.

6. Enforcement and formal complaints

We prefer to resolve issues directly and quickly. If a report is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it by replying to our response with the words "Formal Accessibility Complaint," and the publisher will personally review it.

7. Related policies

This statement is part of our legal framework alongside the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers.
